The Medical Dental Referral and Navigation (MDRAN) system connects Medi-Cal members to dental care by facilitating and tracking referrals generated by physicians, school-based programs, and community-based organizations that interact with or serve Medi-Cal members.

Objectives

Increase the number of Medi-Cal members with an established dental home
Increase the percentage of Medi-Cal members who receive preventive dental services
Increase the number of referrals to dentists that result in a dental visit
